• Marketing Office of Wenchong Shipyard, liaison, co-ordination and promotion of the shipyard's facilities and business to overseas markets.
• Exclusive sub-contractor of Wenchong Shipyard for all propeller repairs, polishing and super polishing. This activity is in cooperation with Hong Kong United Dockyards (HUD). The service engineers and special workers are from HUD. This service can be extended to other shipyards in the Guangzhou area.
• Authorized Service Engineer for stern seal renewal in situ and approved workshop for re-metal of stern tube. This is also in cooperation with HUD and the service covers all shipyards in China.
• Stockist of Wilson Walton aluminum anodes : promoting and keeping aluminum anodes from Wilson Walton to ships under docking within Guangzhou area.

Wuxi Hai Hong Boat Making Co., Ltd. of Hong Kong, a solely owned subsidiary company of Marland Technical Services Ltd. was founded in 1993, managing a lifeboat production factory at Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China with a total workforce of 150 and production capacity of 150 boats per year. HAI HONG LIFEBOAT is the brand name of the product, which is serving many merchant ships in the world with our effective technical and service backup.

With its convenient location, the warehouse can be reached from Hong Kong either by ferry or by car within 2 hours.

The warehouse is totally sheltered with an area of 3,400 sq m It was designed and equipped with an overhead crane of 5 tons SWL and headroom of over 7M to allow for loading and unloading of open top containers in the correct manner. There is another 2,000 sq m of opened area within the warehouse area.

At moment there are over 30 staff and mechanics working in the warehouse to take care of the house keeping, maintenance, overhauling, reconditioning and packing of the stocked spare parts.
